how long will it be until my case will be taken to court?
There are many variables that will determine how long your case will last. At Tabor, we will do everything we can to keep the case moving, but the timing can also depend on the nature of the case, the seriousness of the accident, and the number of parties involved. If any special investigation is needed, throughout the case, that might also affect the length of the case.
Rest assured that Tabor will make sure to let you know what to expect at every step along the way. We will meet with you during the discovery phase to discuss the facts of the case and begin the process of filing your claim and investigating the case. At any time throughout the process, you can contact the Tabor team with questions or concerns.
